Responsibilities

Join Vencore on a new contract to provide systems engineering and integration support for an Intelligence Community Office of the CIO.  You will be part of a core team providing supporting in the following areas:

  • Engineering and Integration of New Technologies
  • Information Security Accreditation and Assessments
  • IT Portfolio Management and Strategic Roadmap Development

Some of the responsibilities in this high profile assignment include:

  • Working with individuals and organizations of varying levels and types (including Customer, Industry, and Academia).
  • Bringing diverse groups together on issues and reach consensus across stakeholders.
  • Perform complex analyses and communicate results using accurate, concise, and effective writing and through descriptive and graphical representations.

We are looking for well-rounded IT experts capable of tackling a wide array of assignments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in leading an engineering team with emphasis on managing all engineering, design, implementation, operations and maintenance and deployment activities.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience within the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience in one or more of the following subject areas:
    • Systems Integration
    • Cyber Security
    • Customer service
    • Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning
    • Technology Research and Exploration
    • Web Development and Administration
    • CIO Policy and Governance

Desired Qualifications:

  • BS degree in information technology, engineering, information assurance or equivalent.
  • Demonstratred experience in one or more of the following skill sets:
    • Systems Engineering
    • Systems Architecture
    • Network Engineering
    • Cyber Security
    • Information Assurance
    • Compliance Monitoring
    • Secure Mobile Devices
    • Operations Research
    • IC Cloud Services (e.g., C2S and GovCloud)
    • Software Development
    • Knowledge Management
    • Strategic Communications
    • IT Policy Development
    • IT Governance
    • Enterprise Architecture
