This position provides systems engineering and integration support to a technology customer. This position requires related hardware and software technological expertise as applicable to the customer domain. This position requires a broad technical understanding of mission to help coordinate activities in the mission space. The ability to work seamlessly with development contractors, engineers, operations and senior managers is required. This position serves as the primary integrator for all activities but also requires engineering expertise for the network and information technology systems and the coordination of activities at other customer locations.


This position requires project management support for multiple customer development initiatives. This position requires in-depth knowledge of project lifecycle support to include Agile, test engineering, configuration management, requirements analysis, architectural engineering, systems integration, project planning and scheduling, logistics and technical readiness support. Strong project management skills are required to provide technical advisory and lifecycle support to the sponsor.


This position provides technical knowledge of specialized applications and operational environments, high level functional system analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate high level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. This position will require individual to develop deliverables such as requirements, schedules, test plans, test reports, studies and control gate presentations. The ability to coordinate across stakeholders, accurately capture project status, conduct analysis and make recommendation to management is required. The position also requires the coordination and preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly project status reviews with senior management.



  • Apply expertise in related technologies to the mission space
  • Perform horizontal integration and interface with functional areas to include engineering, operations and analysis
  • Provide project management support to a multitude of
  •  Provide support across customer locations
  • Prepare deliverables such as requirements, status reports, test plans, studies and control gate documentation
  • Provide technological oversight for projects
  •  Investigate product discrepancies and make recommendations for corrective action
  •  Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner
  • Coordinate activities in support of sponsor program managers and teams



This position is high visibility and collaborates with many Sponsor counterparts/teams. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment. This position requires managing multiple tasks in a detail-oriented fashion while tracking status and schedule. Candidate must be able to address mission oriented deadlines and priorities


Required Skills:

  • Experience and clearances directly and/or indirectly supporting our customer
  • Experience managing an integrated master schedule (IMS) using MS Project
  • Experience with independent verification and validation of complex systems
  • Experience with the project management lifecycle
  • Experience developing deliverables such as requirements, test plans, test reports, studies, status reports and control gate presentations
  • TS/SCI with poly required


Desired Skills:

  • Advanced Technical and/or Engineering degree desired
  • Experience working in a software development, test and/or wireless lab
  • Experience with mobile/wireless, Android operating systems and related hardware/software technologies
  • Experience developing a requirements management process
  • Experience with supporting technical operations
  • Experience with developing strategic plans and goals
  • Experience supporting various customer sponsor operations is a huge plus
  • Ability to outreach to other customer sponsors high highly desired



Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
