Provide SE&I functional and GEOINT domain experience leading the integrated mission planning of capability & services for the NSG Enterprise. Support NGA Mission-driven innovation and technology solutions using an agile implementation approach to integrate across GEOINT (Portfolio, strategic initiatives, POR’s) capability initiatives, NSG platform services, integrated product teams (IPT) solution providers, and mission capability release trains. Assist in driving NSG Platform (Applications, Content & Infrastructure) Services to enable capabilities in multi-level cloud environments. Assess NSG Enterprise mission needs and work flows, and develop CONOPS actualizing the GEOINT Future State Vision (FSV).


Deliver technical analysis and recommendations on current and future NGA, DoD & IC enterprise integration and operations, leveraging industry best practices. Collaborate and partner with various IC customers, development contractors, industry, commercial, academia, other agencies/ governments as it pertains to solution architectures supporting SOA, Open IT and GEOINT services, processes, technology, tradecraft and training best practices. Ensure specific mission capability implementation projects provide requisite capabilities and services to meet mission and GEOINT community user needs, and comply with NSG enterprise technical architecture and standards, keeping NGA and program project management apprised of integrated capability and service implementation status.


Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, and/or related scientific or technical discipline years equivalent to a BS degree
  • 10 years SE&I experience working with NSG/NGA/GEOINT/GIS or Mission Partner systems/segments
  • Demonstrated Project Management / Team Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency applying SE life cycle processes, and detailed implementation planning of complex systems (including requirements engineering, interface definition, detailed implementation planning, technology insertion, risk management, readiness, certification and transition
  • Ability to translate mission needs into end-to-end capabilities and services solution design
  • Mission/Business Capability analysis experience determining how a capability should work and how changes in conditions, mission, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
  • Ability to identify technology gaps and to perform technology insertion
  • Working knowledge of NGA acquisition, baseline control, change management/CM processes
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, client relationship management, multi-tasking, load-balancing skills
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation communications skills with senior government & contractor personnel

  • Demonstrated experience driving interoperability developing/integrating enterprise models across capability, operational, solution domains using structured (functional decomposition) and object-oriented techniques
  • Knowledgeable of NGA/IC/DoD missions As-Is/To-Be vision and experience in customer mission capabilities and services, needs assessment, and solutions implementation,
  • Knowledge of NGA Strategic Initiatives (GB, ABI, OBP, SOM, FG, OIT, GEOINT and Business Services
