Cyber/Information Assurance tasks on government computer systems in a government facility. Working as a member of a government directed team to support the development of software products for the Navy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Communications, Information Assurance, or Computer Science; and six years of experience maintaining information architecture integrity and security, including analyzing networks to identify vulnerabilities, reducing breaches to the network, resolving past incidents, and ensuring security issues across personnel are known/understood.
Completion of continuous/ongoing education/training to obtain the knowledge required to remain up-to-date on industry best practices.
The Cyber/IA Specialist shall possess required IAT Cybersecurity Workforce certification and training for Red Hat Linux systems.
