Responsibilities

Provides subject matter expertise for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Provides expertise in requirements gathering, design, coordination, testing and support of customer BI reporting and analytic needs. Assists Project Manager in the development of project plans. Collaborates with business process owners, technical staff and project manager to leverage the use of data and data strategies across a full spectrum of business/operational needs. May lead the execution of feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems. Provides necessary data elements and business knowledge to support the design and development of data models. May lead the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications. Employs data warehouse analysis and design experience, with knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.

Qualifications

Required:

Contractor personnel at all skill levels shall have the following education, experience, and skills:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in an area such as resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, or coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, policy, and process consultation
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking – Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Judgement and Decision making – Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one

Senior

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

6 years’ experience

Desired Experience:

Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position desired

8 years’ experience, 1 year experience in the Intelligence Community.

 

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
