Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing internal and external customer needs. Gathers, analyzes, and composes science, engineering, business, and policy information. Translates technical information into clear readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Supports the development of all types of documents and reports.

 

The Contractor shall assist in defining and developing internal and external communication requirements,
to include design, operation, and maintenance of Sponsor web presence and ensuring that information remains
relevant and up-to-date, provide SharePoint administration services, and assist Sponsor components in
updating sites. The contractor shall support (at a minimum) the following specific information sharing platforms
based on SharePoint:

  • Performance Management integrating with Oracle Primavera Portfolio Manager (OPPM)
  • Subset of the ITE web sites and SharePoint sites
  • IC SAE and CIO portions of ITE web sites and SharePoint sites
  • SPIRIT Business Engagement Team (SBET)
  • SVM SharePoint site
  • Corporate Governance websites

Qualifications

Required:

Contractor personnel at all skill levels shall have the following education, experience, and skills:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in, for example, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services to include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of information systems and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
  • Knowledge and experience in:
    • Web platform development software — Dynamic hypertext markup language DHTML; Hypertext markup language HTML;JavaScript; Scripting languages
    • Presentation software — Adobe Systems Adobe Presenter; Magenta Multimedia Tools Magenta II; MediaChance Multimedia Builder; Microsoft PowerPoint
    • All administrative duties for web-based information systems such as SharePoint
    • Compilation and documentation of SharePoint or similar web based information systems development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program
    • Maintenance of SharePoint or other web based information systems software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment
