Responsible for analyzing internal and external customer needs. Gathers, analyzes, and composes science, engineering, business, and policy information. Translates technical information into clear readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Supports the development of all types of documents and reports.
The Contractor shall support the research, development, coordination and implementation of policies across
the Sponsor’s workforce, serve as policy consultant to the Sponsor’s Leadership Team(s), assist in establishing
processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for issuing policies, and develop and coordinate
memorandums of understanding and agreements.
The Contractor shall support the Sponsor in coordinating policy issuances, and communicating policy
updates and impacts to the Sponsor’s workforce, to include creating content for Sponsor’s websites. The
Contractor shall track the Sponsor’s policy issuances, forecast future policy needs for planning purposes, and
collaborate with other policy-making components across the Sponsor Organization in order to assist the Sponsor
with policy issuance processes and establish best practices.
