Responsible for analyzing internal and external customer needs. Gathers, analyzes, and composes science, engineering, business, and policy information. Translates technical information into clear readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Supports the development of all types of documents and reports.
The Contractor shall assist in evaluating procurement efficiencies and strategies and assist the Sponsor in
building negotiation positions or strategies, as needed. The Contractor shall provide appropriate
communications, marketing, and outreach support for Software Licensing, Enterprise License Agreement (ELA),
and Unlimited License Agreement (ULA) management activities, to include SharePoint and website content
management and administration, and shall assist in ensuring Sponsor is prepared for Internal Use Software (IUS)
audit(s). The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor in identifying, minimizing, and/or eliminating procurement of
software already covered by ELAs or ULAs, with ensuring license agreements are up to date and timely renewed,
and with ensuring software license agreements permit use on the Sponsor’s Commercial Cloud Services (C2S).
