Full time position on site at NSWCCD in West Bethesda, MD working within a government-contractor project team. Supports design, development, troubleshooting, testing and operation of electronic, electromechanical, and computer systems used for noise measurement trials on-board US Navy ships.
- Design, development and testing of electronics systems, including signal generation, timing and power subsystems.
- Detailed system and PCB schematic drawings and documentation.
- Digital and analog circuit design and troubleshooting
- Development of LabVIEW applications for data acquisition and information display
Position requires sporadic travel with trips up to two weeks in duration.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of five years' relevant experience in design and maintenance of digital and analog circuitry and development of LabVIEW instrumentation data acquisition and processing software applications and graphical user interfaces.
Active Secret clearance required.
